Building RWA infrastructure for transparent asset records and onchain services. Every cell below answers with one fact and where it came from: the chain itself, the U.S. Treasury's public data, or the record book contract. Run all cells to refresh them, and follow a [number] to its origin.
What Billdo is. Billdo is an open record book for real-world asset information on Robinhood Chain. An issuer, which can be a company, a fund manager or a single person, publishes a short profile from a wallet and then registers asset records under it: a name, an asset class, a jurisdiction written as plain text, and the fingerprint of one supporting document. The fingerprint is a SHA-256 hash computed inside your browser. The document itself is never uploaded, so a term sheet, a custody letter or an invoice can stay private while anyone holding the same file can later prove it matches the record.
Who it helps. Developers get one public place to read asset records by number, by issuer or by document hash, without an account or an API key. Issuers get a timestamped trail that shows when they published what, and that a record was retired rather than quietly edited. Readers, holders and counterparties get a plain view of who claims what, who else has put their address behind it, and who later withdrew that support.
Attestations. Any address other than the issuer can attach one attestation to a live record: that it reviewed the document, that it is a counterparty to the asset, that it acts as custodian or agent, or another short note. An attestation is only as strong as the address behind it, so the book shows each attester's address next to its note. Attesters can withdraw their own attestation at any time and the withdrawal stays visible.
What it does not do. Billdo does not check identities, documents or the existence of any asset, does not hold funds, and does not issue or sell securities. A record proves only that a given address published a given text and document hash at a given block. Treasury bill integration through licensed partners, identity checks and institutional reporting are planned work and will be labelled live only when they run.
Reading the book. Every record has a number that never changes. The record book desk lists records newest first and lets you filter by name, place, issuer address or document hash. Opening a record shows the issuer's self-declared profile, the block it was written in, each attestation with its author and time, and whether the record was later retired. Retiring is how an issuer says a record no longer applies; the old entry stays readable so history cannot be rewritten. To check a file you were sent, drop it into Verify document: your browser hashes it again and the book returns every record that points to the same bytes, from every issuer.
Why the Treasury figures are here. Treasury bills are the most common real-world asset discussed on public chains, and their rates are published openly by the U.S. Treasury after each auction. The notebook reads the latest result for each bill term from the Treasury's own data service so readers can compare any claim they see against the official number. These figures are reference data only. Billdo does not buy, hold, wrap or sell Treasury bills, and a record of the T-Bill class is only a self-reported description written by its issuer.
On chain. The record book contract is live on Robinhood Chain. Every profile, record, attestation and retirement is a transaction you review and approve in your own wallet, paying only network gas in ETH; nothing goes through a server of ours. The counts in this notebook and every window of the record book read the contract directly, and each record links to the block it was written in so anyone can check it on the explorer.
The token. $BILLDO is the utility token of the project on Robinhood Chain. Its planned uses are credits for API services, access to analytics and platform features; none of them is live yet. It does not represent ownership of Treasury bills, interest, or any claim on an asset. Read the token page, the docs and FAQ, or open the record book.

$BILLDO is a utility token. It is not a security, not a Treasury bill and not a share in any fund; it pays no interest or yield and gives no claim on any asset. Entries in the record book are self-reported by the address that wrote them: Billdo does not verify identities, documents or assets. Treasury figures are public market data from the U.S. Treasury, shown for reference only, not an offer. None of this is financial advice.
